PR02. Apply your knowledge to identify and solve problematic issues and make informed decisions in the Earth sciences. PR03. Be able to communicate with specialists and experts of various levels in other fields of knowledge, including in the international context, in the global information environment. PR08. To know the basic principles of management of enterprises in the field of nature management, their organization, production and organizational structure of management. PRN14. Identify, assess and map the water resource potential of territories, use standard methods of field and desk research of various water bodies. PRN15. Use specialized databases and specialized software to solve professional tasks. PRN16. Perform spatial hydrological information processing, mapping, hydrological modeling, and design using GIS technologies.

1) successful mastering of professional training disciplines; 2) knowledge of theoretical and applied principles of hydrology, hydrochemistry, hydroecology, water resources management. 3) mastery of: quantitative and qualitative methods of researching water bodies.

The industrial internship is an integral part of the overall educational process and serves as the logical completion of the first year of study. Within the framework of the internship, students acquire practical skills for independently solving applied problems in hydrology, hydrochemistry, hydroecology, and integrated water resources management, as well as become familiar with the work of various specialized institutions and organizations. The substantive component of the internship includes mastering the process of collecting initial hydrological data, processing and analyzing observational results, and developing recommendations for solving specific problems related to hydrology, hydrochemistry, hydroecology, and integrated water resources management. It also involves learning about the structure and activities of the organization hosting the student. At this stage, students are expected to learn how to analyze and summarize collected data, and to further develop their ability to independently solve tasks within the fields of hydrology, hydrochemistry, hydroecology, and integrated water resources management. During the internship, students must strictly comply with occupational safety and fire safety regulations. Each student receives individual assignments that must be completed on time, with high quality, and formatted in accordance with the established requirements.

Execution of field and chamber project-research works according to tasks according to the approved calendar schedule of practice and individual tasks: - characteristics of research objects; - collection of source information; - processing and analysis of raw data; - providing recommendations on solving a specific task; - collection of materials, filling in the diary. Systematization of collected materials and report writing

After the end of the internship period, students report on the completion of an individual task and the internship program at the institution. The student's form of reporting on the internship is a written report and its defense at the department meeting. The written report, agreed with the head of practice from the institution, is submitted for review to the scientific supervisor and approved by the head of practice from the department. The report should contain information on the student's performance of all sections of the internship program at the institution and individual assignments, sections on occupational health and safety, conclusions and suggestions for improving the content of the internship, etc. A mandatory element is a description of the student from the head of practice from the institution. A report is drawn up according to the requirements established by the internship program.
