Course content
The discipline is aimed at developing students' English language skills and abilities in the professional field. The main attention is paid to: forming students' psychological readiness to perceive English as an important source of professional information and a means of international communication; development of oral and written communication skills in the specialty in standard and professionally oriented situations; use of English as a tool for acquiring, expanding and deepening specialized knowledge, as well as a means of independently improving professional qualifications; familiarizing students with the potential of the English language to expand their own linguistic, speech, linguistic, sociocultural and professional competencies.
