            To successfully learn the discipline «Topical issues of information processing in computer systems» the student's academic level must meet the following requirements:
tо know: basic principles of program development, concepts of distributed systems technologies, databases and information systems;
be able to conduct basic research related to the development of projects and information systems;
to possess: basic skills in building software systems.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            Assimilation of modern basic tasks of information processing in the field of distributed systems technology, information security, study of the main provisions of international and national legal and regulatory acts on information processing in computer systems.
The discipline belongs to the list of obligatory academic disciplines. The course is taught in 1st and 2nd semesters. It includes 2 semantic parts and 2 test. The discipline ends with an exam.

            Assessment during the semester:
The maximum number of available points is 60.
Test 1– 15/9 points.
Test 2– 15/9 points.
Іndividual work 1 – 15/9 points.
Іndividual work 2 – 15/9 points.
Final assessment in the exam form:
The maximum number of available points is 40.
Form in which exam is taking: written work.
Types of tasks: 4 written tasks (4 theoretical questions with 10 points each). 
The tasks on the exams correspond to the topics of lectures.
