            to know: modern approaches to understanding the origins of professional and corporate ethics; international standards of ethical principles for the provision of social services; principles and fundamental principles of the Professional and Ethical Code of Social Workers of Ukraine; basic approaches to understanding the concepts: "professional ethics", "moral norms," "humanism," "altruism," "tolerance"; ethical features of the activities of representatives of socionomic professions; social and socio-psychological features of the formation and functioning of professional moral precepts;
be able to: perform professional duties based on professional ethics; to implement technologies of social work on the principles of humanism, altruism, tolerance, justice, objectivity and confidentiality;
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The purpose of teaching the discipline "Professional and Corporate Ethics" is to prepare future social workers to organize social work following the standards of professional morality and ethics, based on the principles of humanism and altruism in the implementation of professional responsibilities for social services, regardless of complexity and psychological saturation of such interaction.

            Planned learning activities and teaching methods
        
        
            Activities: oral presentations, participation in discussions, presentation of completed independent tasks of creative and research nature), analysis of scientific literature, articles in periodicals, works of art, feature films, pedagogical situations, practical tasks, analysis of professional situations, project preparation.
Methods: verbal, explanatory and illustrative, problem-solving, partial search, research, modelling, case method, game design.
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Verbal answers, practical tasks, creative tasks, test. The minimum number of points for admission to the test is 36 points / maximum - 60. The number of points scored for the semester is announced in advance. Final score 0-59 – failed. 60-100 – passed. The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester.
