            Successful passing of the entrance exam to the master's degree in the complex discipline "Social Work"; knowledge of basic theories in the field of social work, features of the development of social work practice in Ukraine, the main trends in the development of the social sphere in Ukraine, legal documents governing the activities of the social sphere; knowledge of the basics of the course of conflictology, understanding the nature of conflict, strategies for resolving it.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The purpose of the discipline - the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use of mediation tools in the activities of social institutions.
The discipline "Mediation in the activities of social organizations" is designed to form a basic idea of the nature and features of the use of mediation technology in resolving conflict situations and the possibility of its use in the social sphere. The first module reveals the content and development of mediation technology, its specifics, values, history and legal framework. The second module considers the methods, ways, stages, components of the mediation process.

            Semester assessment: survey, elaboration of legal documents, elaboration of primary sources, presentation, discussion, elaboration of cases, assessment of competencies, control tasks.
Final evaluation: exam.
The grade is formed as the sum of all scores earned during the semester.
The minimum number of points for admission to the test - 48 points.
Scores per semester - 48-80; scores for the test - 12-20
