Learning outcomes
PRN2. Reproduce moral, cultural, and scientific values, multiply society's achievements in the socio-economic sphere, and promote a healthy lifestyle. PRN9. Be aware of the main features of the modern global and national economy, institutional structure, and directions of social, economic, and foreign economic policy. PRN15. Demonstrate basic creative and critical thinking skills in research and professional communication. PRN18. Use normative and legal acts that regulate professional activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Acquiring knowledge about the essence and mechanisms of international business culture; developing business communication skills; mastering the basics of document management and business negotiations, negotiation techniques at the corporate and intergovernmental levels.
Course content
The content of the discipline is revealed in the following topics: theoretical foundations of diplomacy; history of diplomacy; diplomatic mission; consular mission; diplomatic negotiations; documentary support of diplomatic work; diplomatic protocol and communication; corporate culture; organization of business correspondence; organization of business meetings with international partners; organization of the negotiation process in business; formal business style of speech; aspects of communication in the negotiation process; business situations; formation of the image of a business person.
