            Course content
        
        
            The discipline "Ethics of Business Communication" considers the basic communicative competencies of the manager and features of ethics in oral business communication (standard etiquette situations, ethics of business conversations and interviews, public speeches and presentations, meetings and business negotiations, conflicts and disputes, etc.); written business communication (business letters, netiquette, etc.). Ethical behavior is seen as part of shaping the image of the manager. The course examines the features of business literacy and communication culture of the manager, determines the basics of managerial rhetoric. The problem of cross-cultural management in multinational companies in the context of the formation of intercultural literacy of the manager in the context of the problem of business communication is considered separately in the course.

4. Practical tasks with elements of discussion - LO 1.1; 2.2; 2.3; 3.1; 3.2; 3.3; 4.1; 4.2; 4.3; - 11 points / 7 points
5. Test work 2 - LO 2.2 .; 2.3; 2.4; - 20 points / 12 points.
The final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated with a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last seminars in the discipline. The final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points), which is determined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester and the results of the test. Learning outcomes that are assessed during the test are LO 1.1. - 4.3.
