Execution of course work in the discipline "Personnel Management" is an independent research aimed at developing practical skills of research in the subject area of ​​specialty 073 "Management" through the consolidation, deepening and generalization of knowledge gained by students during their studies and their application to comprehensive solution of a specific professional task. The course work allows the student to demonstrate the level of formation of managerial thinking and a number of general and professional competencies.

The course work on the subject "Personnel Management" involves in-depth study of historical experience and current state of development of individual subsystems of the personnel management system, which allows to analyze global trends in management efficiency and features of its functional areas in domestic enterprises.

Consultations and interviews with the supervisor, independent work, individual training

The term paper is defended in public at a meeting of the commission appointed by the department, consisting of teachers of the department with the participation of the supervisor of the term paper, in the presence of all students of the group, within the specified time. During the defense the student must reveal in an oral report (up to 10 minutes) the main content of the provisions, justify their own positions on the research problem, pay attention to the comments in the review, answer questions from members of the commission and other questions. The best term papers can be recommended for speeches at the Days of Science, for participation in scientific student conferences, competitions for scientific papers, etc. 90-100 / Excellent 75-89 / Good 60-74 / Satisfactory 0-59 / Fail
