            PLO 12. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the results.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Know: the basic principles of the functioning of economic systems at the micro and macro levels; elements of mathematical analysis, probability theory and mathematical statistics, which are necessary for solving economic problems.
2. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and presentation of statistical data, working with the regulatory and legal framework.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The course structure has two modules:
Content module 1. "Connection of economy, information and computer technologies", which examines the main concepts of information theory, types and functions of ICT.
Content module 2. "Practical application of information systems in the economy", which examines examples and basic principles of modern information systems.
