            1.1 Know the content of basic theoretical approaches to the study of leadership
1.2 Know the essence and structure of the concepts of "leader" and "leadership"
2.1 Be able to analyze theories of the origin of leadership, national and historical features of leadership
2.2 Be able to identify key issues in finding specific ones features, common features and differences between concepts similar to leadership
3 Be able to present an individual research task, using the methods of public speaking
4 Be able to independently carry out analytical, research and exploration activities in the selection of exercises used to develop leadership skills

            1. Know the basic concepts of general sociology, branch sociology.
2. Understand the mechanisms and patterns of functioning of political institutions in society, the features of interpersonal and intergroup interaction.

            1 The essence and structure of the concepts of "leader" and "Leadership"
2 Analysis of theories of the origin of leadership
3 Defining types of leaders and leadership
4 The concept of social leadership. Interdisciplinary nature of the study of social leadership
5 National features of social leadership
6 Manager and leader: search for specific features, common features and differences
7 Leader and group (team). Exercises with formation of the ability to work in a team
8 Technologies of public speeches
9 Leadership development: methods of diagnosis, cluster design and leadership development

3) implementation and presentation of the results of the group practical task (PH3; PH4) - 30/16 points.
