Learning outcomes
Students’ gaining new and in-depth knowledge on the matters of public administration acceptance in the field of land relations; skills of decision-making process analysis and implementation of public administration decisions concerning land use and protection; formation of worldviews and legal awareness on the basis of the rule of law regarding decision-making and implementation of public administration decisions concerning land use and protection.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
It is mandatory to preliminary 1. Know the subject of administrative, land and other branches of law of the national legal system; system and structures of executive bodies and local self-government bodies; grounds, conditions and procedures for making and implementing decisions of public administration bodies in the field of land use and protection. 2. Be able to work with information retrieval systems of regulatory and theoretical sources; to systematize and analyze the materials of the practice of public authorities and local self-government bodies; use different ways of interpreting legal norms. 3. Have basic skills of professional activity, determination of strategy and tactics of solving practical legal issues, making of applications (petitions), claims for protection of subjective rights to land.
Course content
The actual theoretical and practical problems of making and implementing administrative decisions of public administration bodies are studied; the features of the backgrounds, conditions, ways of acceptance and implementation of specified decisions are revealed. It also provides the formation of practical skills in the analysis of the peculiarities of the adoption and implementation of administrative decisions of public administration.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical session, seminar
Assessment methods and criteria
During the semester, students prepare a short report concerning each product of public administration. The volume of the report is about 2-3 sheets. There is a presentation and discussion of the report at the seminar. The five-point scale assesses both the student's report and the participation in the discussion of other students’ reports. Each of the reports is a part of final report that students prepare as a result of their studies throughout the course. The full report is presented prior final course test. The test is aimed to evaluate the report which is the result of students’ studies during the semester
