Learning outcomes
Gaining theoretical knowledge in the field of legal regulation of land lease relations, as well as the formation of students' practical skills for independent solution of problems related to the implementation of land legislation governing land lease relations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
It is mandatory to preliminary know the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, other acts of land legislation, which are aimed at regulating land lease relations. Students are also obliged to know the relevant theoretical and doctrinal provisions of land law theory.
Course content
The subject of the discipline is the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine and other codified acts, laws and bylaws, standards, etc. in the field of regulation of land lease relations, practice of their application, scientific and educational theoretical developments in the field.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final grade for this discipline is 100 points. The student receives maximum 60 points at the exam. The points obtained by the student during seminars troughout semester are added to exam points. To obtain an overall positive grade for the discipline, the grade for the exam is supposed to be not less than 36 points. If the student scored less than 36 points at the exam, the latter is not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points obtained during the semester). In this case the information in "exam scores" column is "0" whereas "final grade" column reflects only the number of points obtained during the semester.
