Know and understand the general characteristics, classification and essence of procedural guarantees, their legal nature; procedural guarantees in the mechanism of legal regulation of the court's consideration of the case on the merits; procedural guarantees in the mechanism of legal regulation of appealing court decisions in the appellate and cassation procedures

Full-time form

Know the sources of civil proceedings; principles of civil proceedings; main areas of activity in the protection and defense of the rights of individuals and legal entities in civil proceedings; the place of civil proceedings in the legal system of Ukraine; organizational structure of the judicial process in Ukraine. Possess basic skills in perceiving and analyzing the provisions of legal sources; orient yourself in the system of Ukrainian legislation and find the norm necessary for a specific legal situation; analyze regulatory acts related to advocacy and judicial activities and apply them in their practical activities; interpret the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine; solve practical problems that arise when applying the norms of law to specific practical situations and draw up relevant documents.

General characteristics of the theory of procedural guarantees in the civil process of Ukraine. Principles of civil process as the most important guarantees of civil proceedings. Implementation of international standards of protection of rights in the civil proceedings of Ukraine in the context of the implementation of procedural guarantees. Application of civil procedural liability norms in the field of implementation of guarantees in civil proceedings in Ukraine. Procedural guarantees in the mechanism of legal regulation of the court's consideration of the case on the merits. Procedural guarantees in the mechanism of legal regulation of appealing court decisions in the appellate and cassation procedures. Procedural guarantees in the mechanism of legal regulation of reviewing court decisions based on newly discovered circumstances.

The maximum final grade for this discipline can be 100 points. The final grade for the academic discipline is formed by adding the number of points obtained according to the results of the current assessment and the number of points obtained according to the final form of control (test); for successful completion of the discipline, the sum of such points cannot be less than 60 points.
