PLO 12. To substantiate, develop and implement ethno-cultural events and projects in compliance with the law and in accordance with the defined goals and objectives. PLO 14. Conduct a public discussion and support a dialogue on issues of Ukrainian culture with specialists and non-specialists. PLO 16. Define, form and argue one's own civic and professional position on current social issues. PLO 17.1 Manage, promote and organize an ethno-cultural event (under the block "Management of ethno-cultural projects")

Know the psychological principles of social interaction aimed at solving professional tasks, the basic principles of organizing business contacts, methods of preparation for negotiations, national, ethno-cultural and confessional features and folk traditions of the population; basic concepts of human interaction in the organization. Possess the skills of intercultural communication and social interaction, assessment of the socio-cultural situation and its dynamics; organization of productive interaction in a professional environment taking into account national, ethno-cultural, confessional characteristics; overcoming communicative, educational, ethnic, religious and other barriers in the process of intercultural interaction; identifying the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction. Be able to analyze the socio-cultural situation and cultural context; build intercultural communication in a different sociocultural context.

The purpose of the discipline is to form knowledge about the main approaches of directing, the psychological basis of building game situations, and the organizational structure of building an event in the context of an ethnocultural event.

Throughout the semester, after lectures on relevant topics, practical classes are held, at which evaluation is carried out according to the types of work. An integral part of the practical classes are acting exercises and trainings, students' creation of their own scenarios of national holidays and ceremonies, and their presentation.

All learning outcomes are evaluated in lectures and practical classes throughout the semester. Assessment is based on such types and forms of control as oral response, additions, participation in discussions and discussions, creative work, written work, presentation. Intermediate control takes place in the form of modular control work. The obligatory form of final semester control is credit. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of learning the material from the entire educational course. It is calculated as a simple accumulation of final points (maximum – 100 points) for content modules (maximum 80, minimum 48) and for credit (maximum 20, minimum 12 points).
