Learning outcomes
PLO. 2 Confidently possess state and foreign languages for the implementation of written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; to present the results of their research in national and foreign languages. PLO. 4 Evaluate and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and propose ways to solve them, arguing his own point of view. PLO.19.1 Conduct all types of educational and pedagogical activities in folkloristic disciplines and foreign languages in educational institutions of higher education. Use a foreign language for implementation teaching activity. PLO.21.1 To develop and improve programs of educational disciplines in folkloristics, educational and methodical materials. PLO.22.1 Conduct training sessions, provide consultations to students in folkloristic educational disciplines, as well as provide individual student support during studies. Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the pedagogy of the higher school of Ukraine; essence and regularities of the educational process in higher education; teaching methods in higher education; Ukrainian folk art and folkloristics. Be able to prepare a draft of a problem lecture on folkloristic disciplines; conduct a seminar class of any type in the folkloristic discipline; control and evaluate students' knowledge; creatively organize independent work of students. Have the basic skills of analyzing folklore samples; application of methods of studying folklore and teaching folkloristic disciplines.
Course content
Purpose of discipline – formation of master's readiness for teaching activities in educational institutions of higher education on the basis of acquired theoretical and practical knowledge from professional disciplines of specialization 035.09 «Folklore studies», the teaching of which is provided by the Department of Folkloristics. As well as professional knowledge of higher school pedagogy and pedagogical skills, higher school psychology, methods of teaching folkloristic disciplines in higher school. Annotation. Practice takes place on the basis of the department of folkloristics of the ESI of Philology of KNU in the conditions of direct teaching, organizational and methodological, educational and research work in institutions of higher education with the aim of consolidating theoretical knowledge acquired by students during study, acquiring and improving practical skills and abilities, forming professional competence and practical experience of scientific and pedagogical activity.
