Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
To study the discipline "Numerical and functional series, integral calculus" it is necessary to prepare according to the program of a general school in elementary mathematics, as well as to successfully master the courses "Elements of the theory of limits and differential calculus" and "Mathematical analysis".
Course content
The normative educational discipline "Numerical and functional series, integral calculus" is a practical part of the "Mathematical analysis" course, which, together with it, is a component of the cycle of professional training of specialists of the educational and qualification level "bachelor", is the basis for studying such disciplines as "Probability theory" , "Differential equations", "Mathematical physics", "Analytic geometry", "Numerical methods".

Assessment methods and criteria
The final evaluation is in the form of a credit. The assessment form is written and oral. You can get a total credit from 0 to 40 points. The condition for achieving a positive grade for a discipline is to obtain at least 60 points, the grade for credit cannot be less than 24 points.
A condition for admission to credit is that the student obtains a total of no less than the critical-calculation minimum - 36 points per semester. Students who, during the semester, scored a lower number of points than the critical-calculated minimum of 36 points must write an additional test in order to be admitted to the credit.
