Learning outcomes
1. know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, mapping and updating, remote sensing and photogrammetry, land management, real estate valuation and land cadastre (PLO02) 2. to know the regulatory framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate and restrictions on their use (PLO03); 3. have methods of organizing topographic and geodetic and land management production from field measurements to management and sale of topographic and land management products based on the use of knowledge of the basics of legislation and production management (PLO11).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastery of the disciplines of the educational program “Geodesy and Land Management” of the bachelor's degree and the disciplines “Philosophy”, “Methodology and organization of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property”. 2. To be able to navigate the palette of philosophical trends, movements and schools; to form the ability to correlate philosophical, worldview ideas and theories with the practice of social life; 3. To be able to analyze heterogeneous information sources, regulatory documents, etc. necessary for conducting scientific research; 4. To know and be able to conduct scientific research in the field of land management and cadastre;
Course content
The discipline involves the acquisition and use of knowledge for practical purposes, the search for the most rational ways of practical use of the results of fundamental scientific research, mastering such components as: developing scientific principles for improving the institutional environment of the land management system in Ukraine; developing scientific and methodological substantiation of the conceptual foundations of land legislation in Ukraine, developing scientific and methodological principles of land management of territories of united territorial communities. Assessment methods and criteria
Conditions for admission to the test: the recommended minimum for admission is 27 points. For students who have scored a total of less than 27 points (the recommended minimum), a prerequisite for admission to the test is to write essays on the topics missed or insufficiently mastered. The final assessment in the form of a test is conducted in an oral/written format. The maximum number of points during the test is 40, the minimum number of points to be added to the semester points is 33 (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the test).
