Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines of the first year of study of the educational program "Landscape and Cadastre" of the master's level of education and the disciplines of GIS direction.
Be able to analyze various information sources, regulatory documents, etc., necessary for designing projects in the field of GIS.
Know and be able to conduct scientific and technical research and manage projects based on GIS in the field of land management and cadastre.
Course content
This educational discipline is dedicated to mastering issues in the field of project management. The discipline is aimed at the formation of special professional, social and personal competencies in students, the accumulation of knowledge regarding the possibility of critical thinking, analysis and synthesis, the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources, the ability to a flexible way of thinking that makes it possible to understand and solve problems and tasks, while maintaining a critical attitude to established scientific concepts and modern technical innovations, the ability to identify, formulate and solve problems in the field of geodesy, land management and cadastre.

Assessment methods and criteria
The course has a single content part. Classes are held in the form of lectures, practical sessions. Tests, practical work and the final module test are conducted after the relevant topics have been covered. The course ends with a test. For students who have not reached the minimum grade level (60% of the maximum possible number of points) during the semester, a final survey is conducted, the maximum grade for which may not exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points on a 100-point scale). A condition for obtaining a positive final grade in the discipline is to achieve at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points, while the grade for learning outcomes provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 cannot be less than 50% of the maximum level (at least 24 and 13 points, respectively).
