practical consolidation by students of theoretical knowledge acquired during training, mastering of modern methods and techniques of field, chamber and laboratory research, formation of students' professional abilities and skills for making independent decisions during the performance of specific research or production tasks. Collection and processing of the necessary information for the completion of the bachelor's final qualification work.

Full-time form

Knowledge of the basics of general geology, structural geology and mapping, lithology, petrography, petroleum geology, geophysical research methods and ecology.

The content of practical work in the specialized block "Petroleum Geology" includes the features of the student's independent work at the enterprise or scientific organization / institution, collection of geological and geophysical data; carrying out primary processing and generalization of collected information; conducting research for the purpose of using it during the writing of a bachelor's qualification paper, compiling a practice report, protecting the report and the results of processing geological and geophysical materials. Approaches to the formation of the topic and the plan of writing the future qualification work of the bachelor are included in the consideration.

Production practice

The results of students' educational activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Differentiated credit is given based on the results of the student's work during the entire period of industrial practice, as the sum (simple or weighted) of points for systematic work throughout the entire period of industrial practice and the protection of reports.
