Drilling well: its elements, parameters, technique, drilling technology. Technical section of wells, fastening with casing pipes, methods, materials. Drilling of oil and gas wells, basics of petroleum geology. Natural regimes (energy) of the operation of oil and gas layers (deposits). Technological schemes of development of oil and gas deposits. Mechanized methods of hydrocarbon extraction. Measures to intensify oil and gas production. Ecological aspects of the development of hydrocarbon deposits.

Full-time form

Knowledge of the basics of petroleum geology, petrography and petrophysics of oil and gas reservoir rocks.

In the program of the discipline, the main attention is paid to the basics of drilling wells in the research, exploration and development of oil and gas deposits, with consideration of questions about the well as a mining product, its purpose, and methods of drilling. Questions about drilling technologies in various geological conditions, peculiarities of drilling oil and gas wells, methods of exploitation of oil and gas wells are covered. Natural regimes of operation of oil and gas deposits. Mechanized methods of hydrocarbon extraction. Measures to intensify oil and gas production. Ecological aspects of the development of hydrocarbon deposits.
