Learning outcomes
PRS9. To realize the main features of the modern world and national economy, the institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.
PRS13. To identify sources and understand the methodology of determination and methods for obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and social indicators.
PRS17. To perform multidisciplinary analysis of socio-economic phenomena and problems in one or more professional fields, taking into account risks and possible socio-economic consequences.
PRS21. To be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of their subjects' behavior.
PRS24. To demonstrate the ability to act socially and consciously on the basis of ethical principles, to appreciate and respect cultural diversity, individual differences of people .

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the theoretical foundations and basic principles of economics, mathematics, computer science.
Be able to use basic office programs.
Know the Ukrainian language, skills of safe activities, written and oral communication.
Course content
In the course students study the essence and methodological principles of formation and development of "green" economy at the consumer level, at the business level as a basic component of greening the economy, at the level of industries, cities and the state. The following main topics are considered:
1) natural factors and processes of anthropogenic impact on nature;
2) conceptual foundations of economic growth and sustainable development;
3) "Green" economy as a new paradigm of economic growth;
4) the dynamics of global trends in the "green" economy;
5) Formation of a model of green consumption;
6) green business and trends in environmental entrepreneurship;
7) national environmental policy: development and opportunities for improvement.
Particular attention is paid to the study of problems and prospects for the development of "green" economy in Ukraine.

3. Final test (RN 2.4, 3.1, 4.1, 4.2) - 20 points / 12 points.
