Learning outcomes
PLO6. Use professional reasoning to convey information, ideas, problems and ways to solve them to specialists and non-specialists in the field of economic activity.
PLO9. Understand the main features of the modern world and national economy, institutional structure, areas of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.
PLO11. Be able to analyze the processes of state and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations.
PLO14. Identify and plan opportunities for personal professional development.
PLO15. Demonstrate basic skills of creative and critical thinking in research and professional communication
PLO16. Be able to use data, provide arguments, critically evaluate logic and draw conclusions from scientific and analytical texts on economics.
PLO17. Perform interdisciplinary analysis of socio-economic phenomena and problems in one or more professional areas, taking into account the risks and possible socio-economic consequences.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of organization management and administration problems; basics of project management; fundamentals of macro- and microeconomics.
2. The ability to analyze the causes and consequences of the influence of social, economic, informational, and cultural conditions on a person; identify patterns of group functioning, analyze interpersonal interaction, forecast management decisions.
3. The ability to navigate in modern information sources containing the latest developments and discoveries aimed at revealing the nature of personality and individual psychological differences of a person, the structure of his intelligence, including electronic databases, leading scientific periodicals; have the skills of mathematical statistics.
Course content
The program of the academic discipline consists of two content modules:
Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of psychodiagnostics as a scientific field of knowledge", which examines the main history of the development of psychodiagnostics, the subject and structure of psychodiagnostics, the concept of the psychodiagnostic process, the ethics of psychodiagnostic research.
Content module 2. "Practical principles of psychodiagnostics", which examines psychometric principles of psychodiagnostics, intelligence measurement, assessment of personal characteristics, determination of interpersonal relationships, projective methods.
