Learning outcomes
PR01. Apply acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills for research natural and social territorial systems on different levels of spatial organization, in particular, at the cross-border level. PR09. Conduct a professional assessment programs, strategies and plans development of territories (Euroregions), to implement them geoecological and social economic expertise and monitoring. PR12. Plan and execute theoretical and applied research, to do reasonable conclusions, analyze and present research results, in particular, and regarding cross-border nature conservation cooperation

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the basics of legal theory, to have competences acquired in the process of study environmental law and other disciplines of environmental law. 2. To be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge regarding interpretation, action and implementation international norms at the national level; independently solve practical tasks regarding the implementation of environmental human rights and transboundary environmental protection cooperation 3. To have the skills of synthesis, analysis, generalization and interpretation of legal norms.
Course content
provides students with mastery of theoretical knowledge about the peculiarities of the formation and development of the system of legal regulation environmental relations at the international level, with the main international priorities environmental and legal cooperation, international legal methods of protection environmental rights of citizens and the formation of students' practical abilities and skills in relation to independent solution of practical problems that arise in the process of implementing norms international environmental agreements at the national and international levels and in the process cross-border environmental cooperation.
