Course content
The academic discipline "Anti-Crisis Management" plays an important role in the practical training of specialists, creates an important base of knowledge and skills regarding the organization of effective management of crisis situations. The educational task of the course is to systematize ideas about anti-crisis management, the practice and art of managing crisis phenomena. The discipline involves revealing the modern concept of anti-crisis management of an organization operating under the conditions of a market economy from the standpoint of a fundamental approach to understanding anti-crisis management. The theoretical foundations of the essence of crises, classification of crises, and stages are studied. Subjects and objects of crisis phenomena, symptoms and qualifying signs of types and stages of crises; resource potential of crisis phenomena in a strategic dimension. The crisis state of the company as an object of management. Actual and desired state during the crisis.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline is to acquire the appropriate level of knowledge and initial skills for effective actions to timely identify the prerequisites, localization and elimination of crisis phenomena, namely: to provide an idea of the main theories of cycles of economic decline, students' assimilation of theoretical and practical skills of methods and tools for diagnosing the prerequisites and flow of macro- and micro-processes of crisis phenomena in the company, rehabilitation of the financial and economic state and corporate culture, based on the principles of modern anti-crisis management; study of factors influencing the external and internal environment on the company's activities; providing specialized conceptual knowledge about the main provisions that are the basis for management activities, in particular in the context of research work in the field of developing anti-crisis measures; mastering the set of basic elements and tools of anti-crisis management.
Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment is formed according to the modular rating system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training (40%) includes: oral presentations (30%), surveys (20%), testing (50%) and assessment of practical training (60%) )- performance of creative analytical and calculation works: presentation (50%), tasks (25%) and cases (25%).
