Learning outcomes
PR 4. To search, process, systematize and analyze the information necessary for the decision of professional and scientific problems in the field of finance, banking and insurance. PR 5. Fluently communicate in a foreign language orally and in writing on professional and scientific issues, present and discuss research results. PR 7. Solve ethical dilemmas based on the rule of law, ethical principles and universal values in the field of finance, banking and insurance. PR 9. Apply management skills in the field of finance, banking and insurance. PR 12. Justify the choice of management decisions in the field of finance, banking and insurance and evaluate their effectiveness taking into account the objectives, existing restrictions, legal and ethical aspects.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The training course "Social Risk Management" is part of the cycle of professional training of a master's degree specialist. A necessary condition for successful mastering of the subject is the possession of basic knowledge of finance in accordance with the conditions of the entrance exams to the program Financial Institutions and Risk Management.
Course content
The discipline program consists of the following content modules: 1. "Social Risk Management in the Compulsory State Social Insurance System in Ukraine". 2. “ Social Risk Management in the Pension and Medical Spheres in Ukraine”.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of discipline - to achieve the future knowledge in the field of social insurance of an adequate level of knowledge in the field of management and provision of social services in Ukraine.
Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment is formed by a modular rating system, which provides a two-level assessment of the mastered material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training (40%) includes: oral reports, surveys, testing and evaluation of practical training (60%) - creative analytical and calculation works, presentations. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the course of mastering of material on all subjects of semantic modules, performance of all specified laboratory works and performance of individual analytical and calculation works.
