Learning outcomes
PR4. Search, process, systematize, and analyze information necessary to solve professional and scientific tasks in the field of finance, banking, and insurance. PR9. Apply managerial skills in the field of finance, banking, and insurance. PR11. Apply advanced knowledge in the field of risk management and the activities of financial institutions for decision-making. PR12. Justify the choice of management decision options in the field of finance, banking, and insurance, and evaluate their effectiveness considering goals, constraints, legislative, and ethical aspects.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Basic knowledge in accordance with the entrance examination program for the program "Financial Institutions and Risk Management." Proficiency in using MS Office skills.
Course content
The curriculum of the discipline consists of the following content modules: Content Module 1: "Theoretical Foundations of Implementing the Concept of Strategic Management in an Enterprise." Content Module 2: "Practical Tools of Strategic Management."

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The objective of the discipline is to develop managerial thinking and the ability to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of strategic management in various organizational and legal forms and types of economic activities.
Assessment methods and criteria
The level of achievement of planned learning outcomes is determined based on the results of performing calculation-analytical tasks, group assignments, writing written exams, and defending individual independent tasks with elements of discussion. The course consists of two substantive parts. After completing the respective topics, thematic written exams are conducted. The completion and defense of an individual analytical task to demonstrate acquired knowledge and skills are also included.
