Learning outcomes
PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic principles of enterprise functioning; modern ICT and tools of artificial intelligence; the basics of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity on the Internet. 2. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, construction of economic and mathematical models; working with the legal framework.
Course content
Content module 1. "Internet commerce in the system of the new economy", which examines the directions of development of the structural components of electronic commerce, their institutional support in Ukraine and on the world market. Content module 2. "Organizational and technological methods and approaches in the field of Internet commerce", which examines modern software, hardware, technological and information support for the functioning of certain directions in the field of Internet commerce.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team tasks, analysis of problem situations.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Assessment for work in seminar classes and control work on theoretical foundations and innovative approaches to personnel management of the organization - 40 points (marginal assessment 24 points). 2. Assessment for work in seminar classes and control work on strategic aspects of personnel management - 40 points (marginal assessment 24 points) - the final assessment is conducted in the form of a final test with a maximum score of 20 points (cut-off score of 12 points).
