Learning outcomes
PLO 2 Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations (in terms of staffing). PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and implement effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 15. Identify and classify new tasks in the field of management. PLO 17. Apply modern methodological tools for managing consulting projects.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Management", "Statistics for Economists", "Personnel Management", "Strategic Management", "Organization and Management of Innovations", "Investing", "Marketing". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, finance, business economics, basic principles of operation and enterprise management. 3. Ability to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical information. 4. Possession of basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Consideration of situational and practical tasks (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1-2.5; 3.1; 4.1 - 4.3) - 20 points / 12 points; 3. Testing (LO1; 2.1-2.3) - 20 points / 12 points; 4. Modular test (2 tests, 10 points max. Each) (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1-2.5; 4.1 - 4.3) - 20 points / 12 points; 5. Independent work (2 written works, 5 points max. Each) (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1- 2.3; 3.2; 4) - 10 points / 6 points; 6. Final test (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1-2.5; 4.1 - 4.3) - 20 points / 12 points.
