Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. PLO 2 Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations (in terms of staffing). PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and implement effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of academic disciplines: "Management", "Organization Management", "Personnel Management", "Formation of a system of applied management methods". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law. 3. Ability to calculate indicators that characterize the staffing of organizations; to process personnel documentation and statistical data, to analyze personnel processes and statistical information. 4. Possession of basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
Content module 1. Content and features of personnel management in modern conditions. Organizational and legal support of personnel formation processes of organizations. Content module 2. Technologies of personnel management in the processes of effective use and development of personnel of organizations.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, individual tasks, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment for work at seminars and control work on the content module 1 "Organizational and legal support of the processes of formation and movement of personnel of organizations" - 40 points (marginal score 24 points). Assessment for work in seminars and control work on the content module 2 "Technologies of personnel management in the processes of effective use of personnel of organizations" - 40 points (marginal score 24 points). The final evaluation is carried out in the form of a final test with a maximum score of 20 points (limit score of 12 points).
