Learning outcomes
PLO 5. To plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections. PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 19. Apply modern tools for analyzing portfolio investments, substantiate management decisions regarding the formation of an investment portfolio, evaluate the effectiveness of managing the investment portfolio of an institutional investor.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, enterprise economics. 2. Be able to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical and financial information. 3. Possess elementary skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
1. Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of fundraising and grantwriting". The module examines issues of essence, principles and basic concepts of fundraising, subjects and objects of fundraising, donors and methods of interaction with them, experience and perspectives of fundraising development, fundraising activity and forms of its support, experience of fundraising organizations in foreign countries, fundraising tools, funds and grants, preparation and writing of grant applications. 2. Content module 2. "Practical aspects of fundraising and grantwriting". In the module, issues of planning fundraising activities, formation are studied project concepts, project evaluation tools, strategy selection and appeal, budget and results of fundraising activities, project budgeting, basic methods of fundraiser work, result-oriented management, corporate fundraising.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team tasks, analysis of problem situations.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral survey, discussion (RN 1) – 20 points / 12 points; 2. Consideration of cases (RN 2) – 20 points / 12 points; 3. Independent work (team written work) (RN 1-4) – 40 points / 24 points; 4. Final test (grades 1-4) – 20 points / 12 points. - final assessment - zalik
