PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of bachelor's training courses under the OP "Management of organizations", as well as "Methodology and organization of economic scientific research", "Project management", "Methods of innovative management". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, management, personnel management, strategic management, management decision-making, psychology, sociology, law, enterprise economics. 3. Be able to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical information, make management decisions. 4. Possess elementary skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
Content module 1. "Theoretical principles of personnel management decisions." The module examines issues of personnel decision-making in organizational management systems, in particular theories and models of development and personnel decision-making, creativity and creative process, styles of personnel decision-making are considered. Content module 2. "Practice of making personnel decisions." The module examines personnel decision-making in conditions of uncertainty and risk, features of the application of matrix methods, methods of multi-criteria analysis and expert methods in personnel decision-making, and an important emphasis is placed on the consideration of strategic personnel decision-making technologies.

Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team tasks, analysis of problem situations.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral survey, discussion (RN1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) – 40 points / 24 points; 2. Solving problems (control works) (RN1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) – 10 points / 6 points; 3. Independent work (RN 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.2; 4) – 30 points / 18 points; 4. Final control work (RN1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) – 20 points / 12 points.
