Learning outcomes
PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 18. Apply skills in diagnosing organizational problems, forming recommendations for its solution and implementing changes in the implementation process consulting project.

Course content
1. Philosophical principles of management. The module considers management as a subject of historical-philosophical and philosophical analysis, management as a type of rationality in the context of formal tsilerationality and in the development of modern society. 2. Anthropology of management. The module examines the features, specifics and role of power in society, as well as in the activities of the manager, the anthropology of power and discourses of power. Attention is paid to ethical issues in management in modern society in a situation of transformation of elites and management styles.

Evaluation of the content module: 1. Express control at lectures - 5 points / 3 points 2. Participation in seminars (theoretical discussions, speeches,) - 5 points / 3 points 3. Test work on the topics of the MR - 5 points / 3 points 5. Preparation and defense of independent written work - 5 points / 3 points The final evaluation is carried out in the form of a final test.
