Learning outcomes
PLO 4. Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas. 8. Use specialized software and information systems to solve management problems of the organization. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 15. Identify and classify new tasks in the field of management, describe, analyze and evaluate relevant objects, phenomena, and processes, choose the best methods for their study. PLO 18. Apply skills in diagnosing organizational problems, forming recommendations for its solution, and implementing changes in the implementation of the consulting project.

1. Successful mastering of basic disciplines of training specialists in the field of knowledge "Management of Organizations" at the bachelor's level.
2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, management decision-making, business planning, business economics, personnel management, financial and
investment management, budgeting, quality management, risk management, etc.

Content module 1: "Fundamentals of Project Management". Project management in modern conditions. Project life cycle and organization. Project management processes. Project integration management. Project stakeholder management. Project content management. Project duration management. Project cost management.
Content module 2 "Project Management Practice". Project quality management. Project human resources planning. Project communications management. Project risk management. Project Procurement Management. Implementation and completion of the project. Multiproject management.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, laboratory work, discussions, cases, situational and / or practical tasks, consultations, independent work, educational project, internship in the PMO training project office.
Assessment methods and criteria
Current assessment:
- oral answer, individual task, case 5 points / 3 points;
- test tasks 5 points / 3 points
- addition, discussion 1 point / 0 points;
- situational, calculation and analytical task 5 points / 3 points
Modular control: 2 modular control works.
- modular test (for the semester of 2 academic year) 10/6 points;
Independent work: defense of a training project and internship at PMO.
- educational project (independent work during the semester) 10/6 points
- internship in PMO 10/6 points
The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam with a maximum score of 40 points (marginal score of 24 points).
