Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. 1. Philosophical principles of management. The module considers management as a subject of historical-philosophical and philosophical analysis, management as a type of rationality in the context of formal tsilerationality and in the development of modern society. 2. Anthropology of management. The module examines the features, specifics and role of power in society, as well as in the activities of the manager, the anthropology of power and discourses of power. Attention is paid to ethical issues in management in modern society in a situation of transformation of elites and management styles.
