Identify problems in the organization and justify methods for solving them. Design effective management systems for organizations. Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas. Plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions. Be able to use the methodology of strategic controlling as a tool to support the activities of managers . Apply modern tools for the management of intellectual property. To form and adapt a system of methods of management of organizations in the conditions of uncertainty of functioning. Apply methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investment portfolio management. Apply innovаtive marketing tools in the professional activities of organizations of different types of economic activity.

External form

1. Know: the formation of a system of applied management methods, marketing innovations, management of patent and licensing activities, investment portfolio management, personnel management, management consulting, strategic controlling; be able to analyze the organizational structure of the enterprise, marketing activities, characterize the processes of personnel management, analyze the investment activities of the enterprise and on its basis develop an enterprise development strategy. 2. Possess methods obtained during training for their further practical use; skills of scientific search, systematization, and information processing; critical analysis of the obtained results; use of decision-making methods; generalization and presentation of final results.

The object of study during the internship is the processes of organization and management of the enterprise (organization, institution). The subject of research during the internship is the functional areas of the enterprise. Practical training is aimed at the acquisition of professional and general competencies by students and includes: mastering modern education by students methods, forms of organization, and tools in the field of their future profession; formation of professional skills and abilities for acceptance in students independent decisions; educating the need to systematically update their knowledge and apply it creatively in practice; development of skills of research work and the decision of applied problems; formation of teamwork skills; obtaining by the applicant the work experience necessary for the assignment of professional qualification.

Consultations and interviews with the supervisor, independent work, individual training, consultations with the supervisor from the practice base.

The form of reporting on the internship is a standard report. Final assessment: differentiated test. Upon completion of the internship, applicants for higher education report on the implementation of the internship program and individual tasks at the reporting (final) conference. Reports on internships are defended before a commission is formed of representatives of the graduating department.
