Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and implement effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 12. Be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (unit). PLO 14. Apply corporate governance tools to address the development of enterprises and organizations of various economic activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of academic disciplines: "Management", "Organization Management", "Personnel Management", "Formation of a system of applied management methods". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law. 3. Ability to calculate indicators that characterize the staffing of organizations; to process personnel documentation and statistical data, to analyze personnel processes and statistical information. 4. Possession of basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
Content module 1. "Theoretical principles and innovative approaches to personnel management of the organization" Personnel management in the management system of organizations. Innovative approaches to meeting staffing needs. Modern tools for the organization of personnel development. Methodical principles of evaluation of the personnel of the organization. Content module 2. Strategic aspects of personnel management of the organization. Methodological support for making managerial personnel decisions. Characteristics of the system of strategic personnel management of the organization. Justification of the choice of personnel strategy. System for ensuring the implementation of personnel decisions and personnel strategy.

Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, individual tasks, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) 1. Oral survey, discussion (LO1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) - 40 points / 24 points; 2. Solving problems (tests) (LO1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) - 10 points / 6 points; 3. Independent work (LO 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.2; 4) - 30 points / 18 points; 4. Final test (LO1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.5; 3.1.3.3; 4.1-4.2) - 20 points / 12 points. The final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated with a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last seminars in the discipline. The final grade in the student's discipline is presented based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points obtained during the academic semester, including points obtained for independent work and the final test.
