            Course content
        
        
            The discipline "Financial Management" aims to develop an understanding of theoretical financial concepts and practical methods and tools of financial information processing, in order to use them to make decisions in meeting the financial needs of the company, and determine optimal proportions in the structure of assets and liabilities.
The main topics of the course are: financial analysis of enterprise reporting, financial planning and forecasting, basics of investment decision making, cost and capital structure, dividend policy, short-term financing, fixed capital management, bankruptcy and financial restructuring.
