PLO 1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems. PLO 6. Evaluate the results of their own work, demonstrate leadership skills and ability to manage staff and work in a team. PLO 7. To choose effective methods of management of economic activity, to substantiate the offered decisions on the basis of relevant data and scientific and applied researches. PLO. Make effective decisions under uncertain conditions and requirements that require the application of new approaches, methods and tools of socio-economic research. PLO 12. Substantiate management decisions on the effective development of economic entities, taking into account the goals, resources, constraints and risks.

1. Successful mastering of accounting and analytical disciplines. 2. Knowledge of economic and financial analysis. 3. Ability to apply statistical methods.

Getting acquainted with the features of the methodology of strategic analysis and mastering their basic methods and techniques. The following main topics are considered: 1. Content module I. Methods and models of strategic analysis, which considers the methodological principles of strategic analysis, as well as methodological support of strategic analysis. 2. Content module II. Techniques of strategic analysis in decision-making, which considers methods and models of strategic decision-making in conditions of certainty and uncertainty.

The purpose of the discipline - is the formation of the necessary knowledge of methods and techniques of strategic analysis, forecasting and strategic decision-making, as well as the development of skills and abilities of strategic analysis and forecasting.

Forms of student assessment: - semester assessment of 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum: 1. Preparation of the presentation - 10 points / 6 points 2. Performing practical exercises 10 points / 6 points 3. Test work №1; №2 - 10 points / 12 points. 4. Preparation and defense of the calculation and analytical project - 20 points / 12 points - final assessment in the form of an exam
