Learning outcomes
To be able to solve scientific and practical problems.
Develop effective projects and their implementation program considering the goals, expected consequences, risks, legislative, resource and other constraints
Form and make effective management decisions in times of crisis, uncertainty, and limited resources.
Substantiate management decisions on the effective development of business structures in conditions of uncertainty.
Use modern approaches in teaching and preparing practical tasks.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the content of economic disciplines "Business Economics", "Management", "Strategic Management", "Project Analysis", "Investment" and actively work on lectures and practical classes, perform individual tasks.
2. Have basic public speaking skills.
Course content
The discipline "Crisis management of the enterprise" plays an important role in the practical training of economists, creates an important knowledge base and skills for organizing the activities of a modern enterprise. Knowledge of modern methods of enterprise management in crisis situations allows students to gain additional competitive advantages as a specialist in economics. The discipline reveals such problems as: classification of crisis phenomena in business; parameters and factors of crisis situations and phenomena; economic mechanism of crisis of the production system; development and implementation of the concept of crisis management of the enterprise; creation of anti-crisis management groups at the enterprise.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Interview, discussion - 10 points / 6 points;
2. Analysis of case situations - 20 points / 12 points;
3. Modular test (2 MCR, 5 points max. Each) - 10 points / 12 points;
4. Independent work (scientific work 20 points max.) - 20 points / 6 points;
Final assessment in the form of an exam
A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she received less than 36 points during the semester.
If the student's grade on the exam is lower than the minimum threshold level (24 points), the points for the exam are not added to the semester grade (considered equal to zero), and the final grade in the discipline is unsatisfactory.
