LO 14. Design scenarios and strategies for the development of socio-economic systems.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the main theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of public authorities.
Ability to conceptually use legal concepts and categories as sources for the formation of tools of economic knowledge. Possession of basic skills of scientific analysis and categorical-conceptual thinking; skills to apply legal norms in the field of economics and industrial relations.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at studying the history of the European Union, the powers of the main institutions of the European Union, the principles of the judicial system of the European Union. Within the framework of the discipline the sources of law of European countries are studied; principles of law of European countries; basic legal institutions of European countries; cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 100 points maximum / 60 points minimum.
The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of assessment is 24 points. The maximum score that can be obtained by a student per semester is 40 points. The envisaged forms of semester assessment cannot exceed 40 points in total.
- final evaluation in the form of a test: maximum score - 25 points, minimum - 15 points (from 60% of 25 points);
The test is in writing, the discipline provides for the final test, which is conducted in one of the last classes devoted to the study of the discipline.
Upon receipt of the resulting final number of points from 60 and above the student is credited.
