LO 1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems. LO 2. Develop, justify and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of economic entities. LO 3. Communicate freely in the state and foreign languages orally and in writing on professional and scientific issues. LO 4. Develop economic projects and systems of comprehensive actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic consequences of social problems, risks, legislative, resource and other constraints. LO 6. Evaluate the results of own work, demonstrate leadership skills and ability to manage staff and work in a team

Preliminary requirements for mastering or choosing the academic discipline "Project Management" include: – successful mastery of the basic academic disciplines of bachelor's education (economics, finance, management, etc.). – knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, management decision-making, business planning, enterprise economics, personnel management, financial and investment management, budgeting, quality management, risk management, etc.

Project menedzhment - formation of management type of thinking in students, acquisition of comprehensive knowledge and practical skills identification and resolution of problems in the selection, planning and implementation of projects.

Lecture, discussion, situational and/or practical task, independent work.

Current rating: - oral answer/individual task 5 points/3 points; - test tasks 5 points/3 points - addition of 1 point/0 points; - calculation and analytical task 5 points/3 points Modular control: 2 modular control works. - modular control work (for semester 2 of the academic year) 10/6 points; Independent work: defense of an educational project. - educational project (independent work during the semester) 20/12 points.
