            learn the basics of courses Public International Law (fundamentals of theory), International Public Law
law (main branches and institutes), law of international treaties.
2. To be able to analyze and establish the content of the rights and obligations of international subjects
rights in accordance with the provisions of individual international treaties, apply norms and
principles of international law, as well as decisions of relevant international bodies for
solving specific tasks, in particular for improving the current legislation of Ukraine.
3. Possess elementary skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical
thinking, working out a significant array of legal material with the provision of their own
conclusions and proposals
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            academic discipline "International trade law and
rules of the WTO" is aimed at deepening students' knowledge of current theoretical and
practical issues of state regulation of international trade, "distortion of trade",
procedures for applying anti-dumping measures; theoretical and practical aspects
application of sanitary and phytosanitary measures, minimization of technical barriers in trade,
trade facilitation, rules of origin, trade-related investment measures,
commercial aspects of intellectual property rights and public procurement rules.
All these topics are important, in particular, taking into account the current reforms in the sphere of state regulation
