Learning outcomes
PLO2. To be able to adapt and apply new developments in marketing theories and practices PLO4. Prerequisites and co-requisites
The discipline «Corporate Financial Management» requires knowledge of a basics of economics and the general understanding of finance.
Course content
Module 1 “The nature and functions of the financial management of the corporation” reveals the nature, functions and segments of the financial system of the company; describes the main aspects of the financial and economic activity of the company, the principles of managing the financial funds of the company and the features of implementing operational financial management. Module 2 “The mechanism and elements of the financial management of the corporation” defines the practical features of the financial management structure of the company, describes all possible sources of financing of the corporation's activities, provides practical skills of financial planning and forecasting of TNCs, financial risk management and mastering the ability to evaluate the value of the company.

Assessment methods and criteria
assessment during semester: Homework’s control, module control test (24 бал., Mах.- 40 бал.). presentation of projects(Min. – 12 балів, Mах.-20 балів). final exam assessment (written form) - Min. – 24 бал., Mах.- 40 бал.. Assessment process: Assessment of 13 homework and 1 control work - maximum 40 points; Evaluation of 1 project - maximum 20 points; Assessment of 4 exam tasks - maximum 40 points (10 points for each task)
