Course content
this academic discipline is dedicated study of the set of economic relations that arise in relation to risk management investment activity and reveals the conceptual bases of decision-making about capital allocation, portfolio risk management theory, asset pricing models, alternative approaches to the analysis of investment projects, assessment of the cost of capital.. Students should get an idea of ​​modern methods of interaction in the market of investment resources and the main differences from classical forms of capital placement. The course is built with using modern Western and domestic financial literature. The discipline reveals the practical significance of investment risk management operations and the main manifestations of inefficiencies in the market.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment is carried out throughout the semester for all types of tasks, including independent work, consisting in processing theoretical and legal sources, and control over the assimilation of materials takes place either orally in classes or in form short written works up to 3 points each. Defense of analytical and calculation works and presentations takes place at seminars classes after the end of teaching the topic in a practical class, but not later than in 2 weeks after the topic ends. The defense of creative analytical and computational work is carried out at seminars classes and ends at the penultimate, scheduled seminar class
