Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the historical and cultural process, fundamental aspects of management decisions, theories of corporate culture, rhetoric, ethics of business communication, cultural anthropology, psychology, sociology, ethnology, linguistic semiotics.
Course content
The discipline "Intercultural communication: theory and social practice" consists of the following sections: Content module 1: "Cultural and anthropological foundations of intercultural communication", where the basic stages and features of the development of intercultural communication as a field of scientific knowledge in the conditions of modern globalization are studied. Content module 2: "Communication in the context of intercultural interaction", which examines communication between representatives of different national and linguistic and cultural communities, language stereotypes and norms of behavior, established models of perception and evaluation of phenomena and objects by representatives of different peoples and cultures.

Independent individual work (writing a presentation report - intercultural communication in the international aspect of Arab, Asian, American models, European countries): Max. 20 points / Min. 15 points. 4.
