            PLO 6. To use professional arguments to transmit information, ideas, problems and ways of their solving to professionals and non-professionals in the field of economic activity.
PLO  9. To realize the main features of the modern world and national economy, the institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.
PLO 13. To identify sources and understand the methodology of determination and methods for obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and social indicators.
PLO 21. To be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of their subjects' behavior.
PLO 22. To demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in new situations, in working with new objects and in uncertain conditions

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. To know the basic concepts and laws of modern economic theory, basic economic models of markets, basic concepts and laws of intellectual property rights, economic and mathematical ways and models.
2. To be able to think analytically, to apply mathematical knowledge and knowledge of economic laws in the process of solving economic problems, to predict and analyze the behavior of economic entities. 
3. Have the skills of training, analysis, synthesis, comparison, skills of mathematical calculations, public speaking, English.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The curriculum consists of the following sections: 
Section 1. Fundamentals of the intellectual property market. Disclosure of the economic essence of the intellectual property market and its role in the economic system. Analysis of the development and genesis of the intellectual property market. Study of its structure and intellectual property (IP) market infrastructure. Comparison of major strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property rights in the intellectual property market. 
Section 2. Practical aspects of the intellectual property market. Disclosure of the mechanism of regulation of the intellectual property market, analysis of decision-making by market actors.

 Information-traditional with problem-oriented teaching elements: lectures, seminars, consultations, individual project execution, situation analysis, performance of creative tasks, active methods of conducting classes: business game.

            Forms and methods of assessment. 
Oral presentations, participation in the discussion at the lecture, supplement, testing, blitz polls, performance of practical, analytical and calculation assignments, preparation of abstracts, essays, presentation of individual projects, final test.
