Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic principles of operation of enterprises and economic entities in the economy; the general logic of the accounting policy of the enterprise; basics of legislative regulation of business activity; main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise.
2. Possess: skills of analysis, synthesis, generalization and visualization of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework, evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise.
Course content
Disclosure of the process of project analysis by functional areas (commercial, financial, institutional, etc.), methods of cost control, efficiency and risk assessment, issues of financial control of the project.
The training discipline consists of the following content modules:
- "Project analysis and financial aspects of investment project development" - topics 1 - 5, forms of real investments, investment project and its structure, directions and stages of project analysis, choice of scheme and sources of project financing; - "Assessment and selection of projects into the investment program of an enterprise" - topics 6 - 8, efficiency assessment, assessment and risk reduction of investment projects, selection of projects into the investment program; - "Investment project implementation management" - topics 9 - 10, development of calendar plan, budget of investment. Assessment methods and criteria
Participation in laboratory work, practical exercises, preparation and defense of independent work, modular test, exam.
Evaluation rules.
1. Performance of laboratory works (maximum / minimum) – 15 points / 9 points.
2. Performing practical exercises (tests, tasks, situational tasks) (maximum / minimum) – 5 points / 3 points.
3. Test work (maximum / minimum) – 20 points / 12 points.
4. Preparation and defense of independent work of a calculated nature (maximum / minimum) – 20 points / 12 points.
Final assessment in the form of an exam: maximum score – 40 points, boundary grade – 24 points.
