1. To know the content of the main economic categories.
2. To be able to prepare presentations in the PP; to work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature.
3. To have basic skills in performing calculations using spreadsheets.
Course content
"Tender Procurement" is an elective discipline that covers theoretical and applied issues of tender procurement. Methodological tools for effective development of qualification criteria, requirements for technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the subject of procurement, as well as other elements of tender documentation are analyzed. The following main topics are considered: the history of the development of tender procurement in Ukraine; standardization of legislation in the field of tender procurement; international experience in organizing tender procurement; features of conducting tender procurement procedures in the Prozorro system; open bidding as the main tender procedure.
