PLR 11. To be able to analyze the processes of government authorities and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle;
know the basic categories and concepts related to human activity and society;
be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make reasonable conclusions
draw valid conclusions on issues of professional activity;
have elementary skills in writing documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials needed for the work, effective organization of their own learning activities
Course content
The discipline is aimed at providing students with a set of knowledge and skills necessary for the correct application of the provisions of law governing the conclusion, amendment and termination of employment contracts, the basic provisions of collective agreements, working time, rest time, labor protection, rationing and payment of labor, labor discipline, liability of parties of an employment contract, supervision and control of compliance with labor laws, protection of labor rights.

Lectures, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral questioning, testing, control works on theoretical issues that are covered in lectures and studied by the student in independent work, solving problem situations in seminars, solving practical problems during independent work.
Evaluation rules:
1. Oral questioning, discussion – 20 points/12 points
2. Testing – 20 points/12 points
3. Modular control work (2 MKW for 10 points each) – 20 points/12 points
4. Independent work (2 written works for 5 points each) - 20 points/12 points
5. The final control work - 20 points/12 points.
Credit is awarded based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
