PLO 10. Conduct an analysis of the functioning and development of economic entities, to determine functional areas, calculate the relevant indicators that characterize their effectiveness activities. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the fundamental laws and categories of economic life of society; patterns of functioning of the national economy; basic principles of the mechanism of functioning of money in a market economy, their functions in society; statistical methods of information processing and analysis, methods of calculating basic socio-economic indicators. 2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the legal framework, public speeches.
Course content
Formation system of knowledge about nature and forms of finance, optimization of financial relations in society, the mechanism of functioning and influence of finance, composition and structure of the financial system, financial bodies and institutions, principles of formation and functioning of certain areas to form skills and abilities for objective assessment of economic processes to address current issues of theory and practice of finance.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Semester assessment of such types of work as: speeches / additions, discussions, surveys (oral / written), problem solving / situational exercises, modular tests are carried out during classes. The student's independent work consists in systematic elaboration of textbooks, manuals, monographs, scientific articles, normative-legislative acts, various reports on the topics of the course, which allow to assess the functioning of the country's financial system and its individual components. The mastered material is subject to verification at each seminar in the form of oral or written questioning, as well as reports, additions, solving situational exercises, solving problems. In addition, the results of self-study of the material are checked during the presentation of the results of group projects, writing 2 modular tests and exam.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Reports, discussion (ER: 1.1; 2.1; 2.2; 3.1; 3.2; 4.1) - 15 points / 8 points; 2. Examination (oral / written), testing (ER: 1.1; 2.1; 3.1; 3.2) - 25 points / 16 points; 3. Solving problems / situational exercises (ER: 1.1; 2.1; 2.2; 3.1; 3.2) - 10 points / 6 points; 4. Modular test (2 works, each of which is evaluated in a maximum of 10 points) (ER: 1.1; 2.1; 2.2; 3.1) - 20 points / 12 points; 5. Independent work (2 group works in the form of a presentation / report, each of which is evaluated in a maximum of 5 points) (ER: 2.1;2.2;3.2;4.1) - 10 points / 6 points. 6. Final test (ER: 1.1; 2.1; 2.2; 3.1; 4.1) - 20 points / 12 points.
